Digital luthiery: Entrepreneurship in the music business

Objective of the study: to connect needs musicians and practitioners musical instruments, with those luthiers suppliers tools accessories luthiery (production, regulation, repairs restoration instruments), through a digital platform. Methodology: starting from indications an opportunity, information was gathered about Brazilian market research carried out understand musicians, suppliers, which resulted in proposal, definition resources, action plan, economic feasibility analysis, implementation evaluation. Main results: Its started development platform, incubation startup lab São Paulo consultancy negotiated. Methodological contributions: method problem solving taking advantage opportunities allowed elaboration viable project be implemented, for dealing issues reality business, such as object work. Relevance / originality: The proposed business model is innovative, it unprecedented country, since there still no application this connecting suppliers. Contributions management: complexity preparing work high, required support several companies professionals software language mobile devices, integration electronic payment solutions, , care data protection privacy, hosting services post-implementation solution, addition disclosure administration services.
